Just Move is a fitness platform that connects trainees with trainers, provides workout programs, and tracks exercise progress. We provide tools and content to support your fitness journey, but we are not a medical provider.

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Trainer Terms

If you register as a trainer, you additionally agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your qualifications and experience
• Maintain any required certifications and insurance
• Provide services professionally and in good faith
• Comply with our content guidelines and community standards
• Not provide medical advice or diagnosis

6. Health Disclaimer

Important: Just Move provides fitness content and tools, not medical advice. Before starting any exercise program:

• Consult with a qualified healthcare provider
• Assess your own physical limitations and health conditions
• Stop exercising if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort

You exercise at your own risk. We are not liable for any injuries or health issues resulting from use of our platform.

7. Intellectual Property

The Just Move platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

Trainers retain ownership of original content they create but grant us a license to display and distribute it through our platform.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post (comments, reviews, progress photos). By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform.

We may remove content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines.

9. Payments and Subscriptions

Some features require payment. When you purchase a subscription:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy
• Prices may change with notice

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not endorse or guarantee the qualifications of any trainer on our platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Just Move shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Just Move harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Just Move operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
